  Unfortunately I had a very unsatisfactory experience today. My Range Rover says suspension fault on the dash board. I have it looked at in an auto Electrian with Land Rover dyagnostics. He showed me the faults and suggested I take it to Land Rover as it was a CAM communication fault,I have the faults printed out. I was impressed with the appearance of James French garage when I arrived in the morning at 9am. I called at 4.30pm to find out if I could Collect my car as they closed at 5.30 and I was told it was ready to collect. I was told no fault codes were found and they were unable to find a fault. I said but every time I start the car it says suspension fault on the dash. I was told it hadn't done that all day for them. I find that hard to believe because I use the car every day, and the message comes up every time.. so I started the car up 2-3 times and every time it came up with suspension fault on the dashboard. I went in to see the man at the front desk but he wasn't even interested in coming to have a look. No one from the service department was interested in talking to me. I recorded a video of the dashboard message and took it into the front desk. They were Still not interested.. so I guess I will be taking it to a Land Rover Deslership then.. I am truly disappointed in the poor results and lack of customer service I experienced today at James French Land Rover. I will be posting my experience on all Land Rover pages,twitter and instagram groups along with my fault codes and video. Such a shame...
